For Petitioner : Mr.M.Vijayakumar For R1 and R2 : Mr.P.Ganesan Government Advocate For R3 : Mr.L.Baskaran Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to survey the land by meets and bounds in old Door No.24, 24-A, Present Door No 69/2, New Door No.34, Hunters Road, Choolai, Chennai 600 112, comprised in O.S.No 1574 (Part) R.S.No 938 (Part) as per patta R.S.No.938/7, C.C.No 3035, C.A.No.1142/2012, Block No.18 in Purasawalkam Village, Purasawalkam-Perambur Taluk, now Purasawalkam Taluk, within the limits of Chennai Corporation, Chennai District, measuring an extent as per document 948 Sq.ft by laying boundary stone with the assistance of the third respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that for conducting survey of his lands, the petitioner ought to have applied through online in E-Seva. However, the petitioner did not make any application through E-Seva and submitted the application physically that too without payment of any requisite fees.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to apply through E-Seva along with requisite fees to survey his property. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to conduct survey on the petitioner's land as per the documents, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the application. If the surveyor finds any difficulty or hindrance while surveying the petitioner's property, he can very well approach the third respondent for the police aid. On receipt of the same, the third respondent shall provide adequate police protection to conduct survey on the petitioner's land.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
