The learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that there is delay of 3240 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the Appellant.

3. The petition in C.M.P.No.2162 of 2025 is allowed on payment of Rs.3,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority on or before 09.06.2025.
