This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.31 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on records.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner herein has been arrayed as A3 in F.I.R in Crime No.31 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 120(b), 420, 406 and 294(b) IPC. Prima facie there are materials against the petitioner/A3 to proceed with the case further and this Court does not find any reason to quash the F.I.R against the petitioner. It is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in a manner known to law.
