ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.475 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.475 of 2020 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai, Ariyalur District. However, the same has not yet been taken on file.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai, Ariyalur District, is directed to take cognizance of the final report filed by the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
