O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner, who is the father of the detenue, seeks production of his daughter before this Court and hand over her custody to him.

2. Today, the respondent police has produced the detenue before this Court. The petitioner and his wife is also present before us.

3. We had an interaction with the detenue and her parents. The detenue stated that she left the house on her own and she is willing to go with her mother. Hence, no further adjudication is required in this petition.
