ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed for fixing an early date for hearing of writ petition on out of turn basis.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has filed the underlying writ petition assailing the action of the respondents in imposing him punishment of removal from service. Though it is stated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the sole breadwinner to support his family and as such the writ petition is required to be taken up for hearing on out of turn basis, this Court is of the view that the petitioner cannot be given priority over other pending matters of similar nature including that of senior citizens.

4. Accordingly, the relief sought for in the writ miscellaneous petition is 2/4

rejected and the same is dismissed.
