Heard both sides.

2. This petition has been filed seeking production of the petitioner's bank statements, as well as Form 16 issued by the Income Tax Department, for the period from May 2015 to July 2017.

3. The main grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that 1/4

he has not been paid salary from June 2016 till date.

4. Learned counsel for the University has filed a counter affidavit along with a typed set of papers, contending that the petitioner has been gainfully employed after his resignation in July 2017.

5. The present writ petition has been filed seeking production of the petitioner's bank statements reflecting salary credited by the respondentUniversity, along with Form 16 for the years 2015, 2016, and 2017.

6. In the interest of justice, and to ascertain the facts, this petition is allowed.

7. The petitioner shall produce Form 16 for the aforesaid period. The question as to whether the petitioner is entitled to arrears of salary from July 2017, or whether he has been gainfully employed as contended by the respondent, will be determined in the main writ petition.
