This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "7(a) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.OP.No.19423 of 2024 dated 12.08.2024. 2.Heard both sides. the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 16 weeks and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19423 of 2024 dated 12.08.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.
