ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondent to remove the electricity pole from the petitioner land by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 4.2.2025, 6.8.2025 and 23.9.2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the owner of the agricultural land measuring approximately 8 acres located on the eastern side of the Virudhachalam-Kattukudalur Road in Periyakappankulam village. For the purpose of providing electricity, six electric poles were installed in 2004 by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent to remove the electricity pole from the petitioner land and the same is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the

limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
