These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 35 days in filing the petition to restore the above writ petitions.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in condoning the delay.

4. I have satisfied myself with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, seeking to condone the delay of 35 days.

5. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered.
