Today, when the contempt petition was taken up, Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has produced the affidavit dated 11.12.2025 sworn to by the Respondent and submitted that the keys of the company premises were handed over to the first petitioner and hence, the order of this Court has been complied with. The respondent also tendered an unconditional apology in the affidavit.
