2. This Court, by an order dated 02.01.2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that a mistake has crept in with regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner which needs to be clarified. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is made clear that paragraph 2 of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.31184 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 shall be read as follows :- " 2. Pleading innocence on the part of the petitioner, false implication in the case, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court. He further submits that though as per the prosecution case, the petitioner had received a sum of Rs.5 lakhs from the de facto complainant, the fact remains that the petitioner had received only a sum of Rs.3 lakhs and he is ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.2 lakhs."

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction and issue fresh copy of the order by 22.01.2025.
