ORDER

Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. Not Known of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417 and 420 of IPC, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded in judicial custody in Crime No.337 of 2024 registered by the respondent police and apart from that there is no case is pending against the petitioner.
