ORDER
On perusal of the records, it reveals that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No. 29946 of 2022 dated 12.01.2023 directing him to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.20 of 2022, however, he has not complied with the order. Therefore, the said petition was dismissed by order dated 16.02.2023.
2.Again, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking anticipatory 1/3
bail in Crime No. 451 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.
3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent police submitted that the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29946 of 2022 dated 12.01.2023 has not been complied with by the petitioner. He further submitted that A1 still absconding.
4. After hearing both sides, this Court directs the respondent police to secure the accused forthwith.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 13-02-2025 MSM 2/3
