Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.1380 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7 (3) of Lotteries 1/4

Regulation Act & 318 (4) and 351(2) of BNS, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner in this case has been arrested.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
