PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit with the normal functioning of the trade carried on by the petitioner under the name and style of NATURES FAMILY SPA at Door No. 62 (1) Nedumaran Nagar, Dharmapuri Town and Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the normal functioning of the trade carried on by the petitioner under the name and style of Natures Family Spa at Door No.62(1), Nedumaran Nagar, Dharmapuri Town and Taluk, Dharmapuri District.
2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner failed to obtain any permission to run the SPA from the concerned authority.
3. In view of the above, the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. 04.03.2025 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No Speaking/non-speaking order Lpp
