No. 507 of 2011 on the file of this Court, to set aside the abatement made in A.S. No. 507 of 2011 caused due to the death of the 6th respondent Nanjammal on 07.03.2014 and to implead the proposed respondent Nos. 9 to 11 as legal heirs of the 6th respondent in the present appeal in A.S. No. 507 of 2011 pending on the file of this Court.

3. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the First Appeal.
