ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2024.

2. In this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to cancel the layout approval issued in their proceeding in DTCP (ROC No. BAAE7LIO/ 2023/TCP) in respect of petitioner's family property, comprised in survey No.7 to the extent of 2 Acre, 41 Cents, at present patta No.7339 and 7353, situated at Kancheepuram District, Sripumerbudur Sub Registration District, Valarpuram Village. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 4 months.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2024 and after issuing due notice to the petitioner as well as respondents, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
