This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.464 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent-Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on records.

3. There is no representation for the second respondent/de-facto complainant.

4. On the complaint given by the second respondent-de-facto complainant, a case in Crime No.464 of 2024 was registered against the petitioner for the offence under Section 108 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. On a perusal of the complaint and F.I.R, it is seen that prima facie there are materials against the petitioner to proceed with the case further and this Court does not find any reason to quash the F.I.R against the petitioner. It is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in a 2/4

manner known to law.
