This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 10(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.28213 of 2024 on 12.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m. until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi, Namakkal District and yet to be numbered. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.10(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.28213 of 2024 on 12.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Paramathi on 07.01.2025 at 10:30 a.m., thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge. 4.
