ORDER
The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.26632 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024, directing the petitioners to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sankagiri once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition. Hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation was over and charge sheet has also been filed.
4. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the petitioners had complied with the condition without fail, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sankagiri, monthly once i.e on first working day of every English calendar month, until further orders.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
