Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent (The Tahsildar, Sriperumbudur Taluk) to forthwith upload the petitioner's Assignment Patta for the petitioner's property situated at Natham Old Survey No.345, specifically with sub-division 345/10, the land situated as per the new Natham Survey No.231, bearing Proceedings No.Na.Ka.7333/2001 of the first Respondent, dated 21.09.2001 into the computerized revenue records system.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to upload the petitioner's assignment patta in the online mode with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.R.Parasuraman, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the first respondent has issued assignment patta in the name of the petitioner through proceedings dated 21.09.2001. The petitioner thereafter made a representation requesting for uploading his assignment patta in the online mode. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 21.08.2025 and do the needful within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No 2/4

costs.
