The applicant, who seeks letters of administration for the property and credits of the deceased P.K.Kothandam, has filed the present application to implead N.Venkatesan, husband of Vijaya.

2. The said Vijaya is the daughter of the late P.K.Kothandam.

Hence, this Court is of the view that on the demise of Vijaya, her legal heirs should be impleaded. The applicant/plaintiff though impleaded her son, has omitted to implead her husband, N.Venkatesan, as the 7th respondent

3. Considering the above facts, application to implead N.Venkatesan as the 7th respondent is allowed. The necessary amendment shall be carried out.

4. Notice to the impleaded respondent returnable by 24.02.2025.

Private notice is also permitted.

Post the matter on 24.02.2025.
