ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct the enquiry on petitioners representation dated 23.9.2025.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the member of the second respondent society. According to the petitioner, the second respondent society involved in many irregularities and also an election is not conducted. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent to conduct enquiry in this regard and the same is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse orders are passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2025, after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as the second respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
