ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to defreeze the petitioner's bank account in A/C.No.096150310875275 in Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank, Mount Road Branch.

2. The bank account of the petitioner has been freezed on the basis of the complaint given before Cyber Crime Police dated 04.06.2025. The complaint is with regard to a sum of Rs.21,059/-. According to the bank, the bank has marked lien for that amount and during that process, entire bank account of the petitioner has been frozen.

3. Considering the fact that only a sum of Rs.21,059/- alone sought to be safeguarded by the Cyber Crime Police, let the first respondent mark a lien over that amount in the petitioner's account A/C.No.096150310875275 and the petitioner is permitted to operate his bank account in respect of other amounts already available in his account.
