A.No.19 of 2025 is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to condone the delay of 897 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of L.Sudhakar, the 6th defendant herein. A.No.20 of 2025 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of L.Sudhakar, the 6th defendant herein. A.No.21 of 2025 is filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 5 to 7 namely 1.S.Geetha (wife), 2.S.Pavithara (1st daughter) and 3.S.Nivedhitha (daughter) herein as the legal heirs and representatives of the deceased L.Sudhakar, the 6th defendant herein and rank them as defendants 8 to 10 in the above civil suit.

A.No.22 of 2025 is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to condone the delay of 877 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of A.Logudoss, the 7th defendant herein. A.No.23 of 2025 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of A.Logudoss, the 7th defendant herein. A.No.24 of 2025 is filed to bring on record the proposed 8th respondent namely L.Magesh (son) herein as the legal heir and representative of the deceased A.Logudoss, the 7th defendant herein and rank him as 11th defendant in the above civil suit.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these six applications are allowed.
