ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.362 of 2024, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been referred as "mistake of fact" and the referred charge sheet has also been served on the de facto complainant.
