Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to forthwith permit the petitioner for counselling under NRI quota in round 3 commencing on 29.09.2025 and direct the third respondent to select the petitioner for MBBS UG Degree Course for the academic year 20252026 under NEET UG MBBS counselling 2025 under NRI quota. This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to forthwith permit the petitioner for counselling under NRI quota in round 3 commencing on 29.09.2025 and to direct the third respondent to select the petitioner for MBBS UG Degree Course for the academic year 2025-2026 under NEET UG MBBS counselling 2025 under NRI quota.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused all the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner under NRI quota in the third round of counselling for MBBS UG degree course for the academic year 2025-26 under NEET UG MBBS counselling 2025, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
