ORDER

This Writ Petition had been filed seeking a direction directing the 3 rd respondent herein to approve forthwith the relieving of the petitioner from St. Joseph's Aided Primary School, Yercaud and further direct the 3 rd and 4 th respondents to approve her promotion as Primary Headmistress in the petitioner school w.e.f. 12.06.2024 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner for approval of her promotion as Primary Headmistress in the petitioner school within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
