ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to execute the sureties in Crl.M.P.No. 12053 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 9550 of 2024, dated 29.08.2024.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was unable to mobilize the deposit amount of Rs.10,000/-. Therefore, the petitioner has not complied with the earlier order passed by this Court 29.08.2024.

3. After hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court extends two weeks time to deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Taluk Legal Services Authority attached to the concerned Court, from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order.

4. The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No. 9550 of 2024, dated 29.08.2024 shall remains unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 09-01-2025 To State Rep By The Inspector Of Police Sendamanagalam Police Station, Namakkal District Crime No.57 of 2024
