ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the POCSO Court, on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.OP.No.19648 of 2024 dated 16.08.2024. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court from the month of September, 2024. He would further submit that on completion of investigation, a final report has been filed before the Mahila Court, Thiruvallur in Spl.S.C.No.137 of 2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

and the next hearing date is on 28.12.2024.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19648 of 2024 on 16.08.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the Mahila Court, Thiruvallur on 28.12.2024 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Court concerned. 18-12-2024 vv2 To
