This petition has been filed to relax the condition in 6(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30a.m. until further orders, imposed by this Court orders dated 04.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24839 of 2024.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned XII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on the next hearing.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned XII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on the next hearing and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Court. Thereby, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24839 of 2024 on 04.10.2024 is modified.
