This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para no.7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is still pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.28471 of 2024 on 14.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
