ORDER

The matter has been listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not sought for sale of the share belonging to the petitioner, but only to execute and register a Joint Development Agreement in respect of the minor's share. However, he would submit that the Court had permitted to sell the minor's share.

3. I have perused the order passed by this Court.

4. As pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, an inadvertent error had been crept in the order. Hence, the following corrections shall be carried out:

(1) In paragraph No.2, five lines from the bottom, the word "sold", which is found as "sold/convey" shall stand deleted and the words "for a consideration of Rs.3,00,000/-" shall stands deleted. In the penultimate line, instead of the word "sell", the word "convey" shall be substituted.

(2) Similarly in Paragraph No.4, clause (1) first line, the word "sell" shall be deleted and the word "convey" shall be included and the following paragraph shall be added at the end of the paragraph "and to execute and register the Joint Development Agreement, with the M/s.Lancor Holdings Limited for construction of the new apartment complex "LANCOR ANANYA" in which the petitioner along with her children to own, possess and enjoy a new flat measuring 1271 sq.ft., together with 437.31 sq.ft., undivided share of land in 29,362 sq.f.t, comprised in R.S.No.3580/4, Block No.71 of Mylapore (Part 2) Village, Mylapore Taluk, Chennai District and to expend / deposit the amounts as received for the share of the minor for the welfare of the

minor."

(3) In paragraph No.4, Clause (ii) and (iii) shall stand deleted.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and reissue fresh order copy to the respective parties. 31-07-2025 kak To
