ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 12.11.2024 in Crl.MP.No.15723 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24055 of 2024, to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
