2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.22135 of 2024 on 13.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
