JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed to call for the records on the file of the Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam in Crl.A.No.13 of 2022 order dated 26/04/2023 confirming the order in STC.No.21 of 2017 order dated 04/05/2022 on the file of Fast Track Judicial magistrate Court, Nagapattinam and set aside the same.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing the both side counsels submit that the matter was settled in mediation to that effect they filed the joint compromise memo dated 11.08.2025.

3. Joint compromise memo filed by the petitioner and the respondent is recorded, which is forming part of this Judgement. Accordingly, STC No. 21 of 2017 is dismissed as settled out of Court. As per the said memo the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited before the Trial Court.

4. In the result, this Revision Petition is disposed of. Pending petition, if any, is/are closed.
