This petition has been filed seeking for extension of timeline to the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes between the parties herein by a minimum period of 12 months.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and perused the materials available on record.
3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the proceedings is now at the stage of examination of witness on the side of the respondents. 4.In view of the above, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of 12 months from today.
