This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Tindivanam and report before the Inspector of Police, Tindivanam Town Police Station, every day at 10.30 am, until further orders, without fail, imposed on the Petitioner, in the Crl.O.P.No.28507 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 44 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28507 of 2024 on 14.11.2024 in para No.7(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.
