This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.21481 of 2024 on 03.09.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court, on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the case in S.C.No.249 of 2024 connected to Crime No.108 of 2023 on the file of XVIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chennai, is posted for hearing on 17.01.2025. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.21481 of 2024 on 03.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the XVIII Additional District and Sessions Judge on 17.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge. 4.
