C O M M O N O R D E R The present Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to expedite the trial in STC.Nos.1061 & 1062 of 2021 respectively on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupur within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner in both the petitions submitted that the respondent had credit dealing with the petitioner and during the course of business transactions, the respondent is liable to pay a sum of Rs.25 lakhs and Rs.60 lakhs respectively to the petitioner, for which he had issued cheques but the same were returned on the ground of "insufficient funds" and therefore, the petitioner had lodged the complaints under NI Act and the same were taken cognizance as STC No.1062 & 1061 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur. He further submitted that the said cases were pending without any progress. Hence, the present Petitions.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and since the case pertains to business transactions and the cases are pending from 2021, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur to complete the trial in STC Nos.1062 & 1061 of 2021 pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petitions stand disposed of.
