ORDER

This application has been filed to condone the delay of 91 days in filing an application questioning an order dated 02.09.2024 passed by the learned Master in A.No.2497 of 2025. That application has been filed by the applicant herein seeking return of document which had been marked by the plaintiffs during the course of trial. The suit had been dismissed. The applicant is not the plaintiff, but the 2nd defendant and had filed an https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

A No.2164 of 2025 C.V. KARTHIKEYAN,J., vum application seeking return of the document. The learned Master dismissed the said application.

2. This application is to condone delay. Notice had been directed to the respondents and it is contended that the first respondent/first plaintiff had been served and the second respondent / second plaintiff had not been served, but the address is incorrect. At any rate, the respondent would be heard while examining the order of the learned Master. Having examined the reasons, the delay stands condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the application challenging the order of the learned Master, if it is otherwise in order and list the same after numbering.
