This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to take effective steps through substituted service by any Tamil publication in one issue circulating at Erode District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant is directed to effect substituted service on the respondents by way of paper publication in any one of the most read Vernacular Daily in the locality on or before 27.12.2024 by mentioning the next date of hearing as 07.01.2025 and file affidavit of service before this Court on or before the next date of hearing.

4. For filing affidavit of service, post the matter on 07.01.2025.
