When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner seeking for sub-division and issuance of separate patta has been rejected through online order dated 20.06.2023, by the Tahsildar. A copy of the order was also placed before this Court.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. 03.11.2025 Index : Yes/No gya 2/4
