As against the common order impugned in this Writ Appeal, W.A.No.240 of 2025 was already disposed of by us following the judgment of this Court in K.Muthusamy and S.Sivasankarn Vs. The State of Tamil Nadu and other dated 12.08.2010. We had by our order dated 24.02.2025 dismissed the said appeal.
