ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.24531 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025 para 6(b), "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of three months".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24531 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation and the final report was filed.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
