This petition has been filed to relax the condition that " the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.22223 of 2024, order dated 12.09.2024.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi, Vellore District, on 27.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi, Vellore District, on 27.01.2025 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate. Thereby, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22223 of 2024 on 12.09.2024 is modified.
