ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.08.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 78(2), 79, 351, 308 R/w 62 of BNS and Sections 66-C & 66-D of IT Act in Crime No.54 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioner is dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 16.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25363 of 2025.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and taking note of the fact that the present bail petition was filed by the petitioner immediately after the dismissal of the earlier bail application by this Court, vide order dated 16.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25363 of 2025 and there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier bail application, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.
Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. 2/4
