ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.66/2025, which was registered for the offence under Section 303(2) of BNS Act, before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within a specific period of time fixed by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is an auto driver and he purchased an Auto in the year 2007. On 03.02.2025 at about 8.30 p.m. his Auto was stolen from the stand in front of his house. He made a complaint before the respondent Police immediately and an FIR came to be registered in Crime No.66 of 2025 on 06.02.2025.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondent Police is not investigating the case properly and hence, he filed this petition to expedite the investigation and final report.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to conduct investigation and file final report expeditiously.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
