By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 3rd respondent to consider her representation dated 12.06.2024 seeking restoration of power connection bearing service connection No.104-00-1554.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that she is residing at New Door No.1/143 (Old Door No.1/56) Vinayakar Koil Street, Kalampalayam, Theethipalayam, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District. The petitioner obtained electric service connection bearing service connection No.104-00-1554 from the official respondents. The service connection was dis-connected based on the representation submitted by the 4th respondent claiming right 2/5
over the property. The disconnection was effected without affording opportunity to the petitioner. Therefore, she submitted a representation before the 3rd respondent on 12.06.2024 seeking re-connection. In response to the representation, the 3rd respondent sent a letter to the petitioner on 20.06.2024 in his proceedings in Ka.No.UuMepo/V/Kaa.Pa/Ko.Pugar/ A.No.87/2024 directing the petitioner to produce revenue documents in respect of the said property.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the fact that petitioner produced all the documents, the respondents have not considered her request for re-connection.

Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel (TNEB), who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, submits that in response to the letter issued by the 3rd respondent dated 20.06.2024, the petitioner failed to furnish the documents required by the respondents. Therefore, her request has not been considered.

In view of the said statement made by the learned Standing Counsel (TNEB) for the official respondents, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to furnish all the documents mentioned by the 3rd respondent in his letter dated 20.06.2024 within a periods of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders on merits on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2024 within a further period of six weeks thereafter.
7. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
